First podium for Daniel Böhm

At the biathlon World Cup in Whistler (CAN), Daniel BÖHM sensationally finished second.

About one week after winning the 12,5km Pursuit competition at the IBU European U26 Championships, this was Daniel’s first podium in a World Cup. Actually, it was his second-ever World Cup start. He was starter No. 71 and not expected to top his more illustrious team-mates like Olympic Champion Michael Greis.
Yet, Daniel missed just one shot and of course, he was absolutely happy after he finished the race.
